AmeriGas double billed my credit card. They continue to tell me that the charges have been reversed, have NOT & this has been going to for 3 months. We have had to contact a lawyer to get this resolved. Their personnel is useless (but friendly). I have never been in this sort of situation before - it is very upsetting to be dealing with dishonest people!! I will be informing everyone that I know that uses propane to NOT do business with AmeriGas. As soon as our propane is low, we will be switching to a different provider! People like this is why are country is in the poor state that it is in!!!

"This is typical responce from Amerigas Employees that 'Kiss-Up' & are proud of it! Instead of "truly helping the customer & trying to salvage thier business', they call you names & tell you to contact someone else! You should hear how this 'Friendly' employee talked about you when you hung up! It was "not" friendly! Amerigas is so big, that they care not for those 'lil "PEONS" that use very little gas, because they have alot of 'Commercial Accounts'!! Just sit back & watch, what "Goes-around-comes-around"!! Somewhere down the road , they'll get thier "just reward"!!
