Amerigas in Temecula, California - Diabolical

They haven’t got a clue about customer service. They disappoint over and over again. Broken promises of delivery both locally and with their national call center. These guys make up their own schedule when they want to. Emergency service driver didn’t want to drive in the dark! 12 years of service, we have three tanks and they don’t give a damn. Disgusting level of service to how they answer the phone, manager doesn’t give a damn or ever returns calls, no one cares about their customers. Stay away please. No one would inflict this level of service on your worst enemy. Temperature was below 30, they were a week late on delivery, had missed three delivery promises and after 6 calls they basically said we’ll try tomorrow your not important.

Amerigas - Disconnect fee and lost value of remaining fuel

Customer for 6 years. Paid bill ALWAYS on time. Decided to switch suppliers in effort to save money based on several sources confirming that truth. Amerigas will NOT refund money for unused propane. And is charging $59 tank removal fee. None of their competitors play this game!

Amerigas - Steer WAY clear

Been a customer of Amerigas for 6 years. Always paid bill on time. Decided to try a competitor based on several conversations with friends who either switched away or already had other suppliers. After having the new supplier install new tanks I Called Amerigas to ask them to remover their tanks. Was told we do not refund for left over propane, and there will be a $59 tank removal fee. Competitors of this company do the exact opposite.

DO NOT USE AMERIGAS!

I was w/ the same company for 30+ years. Amerigas took over several years back and I was never informed. They have been ripping me off for years. They recently tried to charge me $4.85 a gal for propane. I told them to stick it where the sun don't shine. Told them to come and get their tank. I purchased my own 320AG tank for $750 installed. I just filled it up for $1.59 a gallon. This company is very slimy. They are a large conglomerate and they need to be shut down. I paid for the gas I used. And told them they are not getting another dime out of me. I hope there sites start blowing up.

For the past 32 years I was with a family owned company that I had no problems with. 6 months ago I had my tanks filled by this company & paid them. Around the 1st of the month I received a bill for tank rental of $130 along with terms & conditions. I called & told...

Been with the company for 2 years and was locked into a decent rate. We were signed up for automatic refill so we wouldn't run out of propane. In the first 2 years we ran out of propane twice and had to wait days to get propane for heat and hot water. Apparently, our...
