After being what I thought was a good customer for 5 years cod means just that -never owed um a dime . Got into a pinch out of gas no heat no money till end of this week -they (Marsha)said well then call us when u get your check...

Well I called when I got my check and told them to come get your tank or I will charge you for storage .

I really don't understand what are they thinking ? I will always live here until I die I will need heat in the winter I didn't want to go to there Christmas party I only wanted some common respect.Marsha seems to be the problem in a lot of peoples minds

These people are nuts! They charge $60 to come and get their tanks when you switch suppliers.

TIRED OF DEALING WITH MARCIA. I HAD 150 DOLLAR CREDIT ON MY ACCOUNT.

THE BILL I RECEIVED SAID I OWED 150. I HAVE RECORDS AND RECEICTS TO PROVE I HAVE A CREDIT.

SHE WAS ADDAMENT THAT THE COMPUTER SAYS I OWE.SHE WAS NOT NICE ABOUT IT ONCE VERY CONDESENDING.WELL AFTER 6 PHONE CALLS AND TREATED WORSE EACH TIME I WENT WITH CENTER STATE AND AM AGAIN A HAPPY CUSTOMER.MY LUCK I COULD NEVER GET ANYONE ELSE TO TALK TO AT AMERIGAS MUST BE SHES THE ONLY ONE IN THE OFFICE? SHE NEEDS RETRAINING OR A DIFFERENT PROFESSION.

they not costumer orianted company thats for sure they owe me a refund and its now 25 days and still nothing but they have no heartburn charging 35$ late charge if your late they also charge 112$ a year for having me billed monthly to them its money money no other gas company charges this extra fee
