I have received two bills in 2018 one for Nov and one for Nov. I noticed both invoices were quite high.

When I called to inquire I was told that I was billed at he higher rate of $3.89 instead of $2.26. I was advised that I would receive a revised bill on following day. After almost two weeks, I called to inquire about status of revised bill. I just received revised bills which shows that my propane usage was very high even though my studio was mostly closed Christmas and New Year's week and thermostat was kept on 67 degrees.

I was initially told the meter was actually read but upon further questioning, it was revealed that the meter was an estimate of usage.

I am now in the process of contacting NYS AG's office because I believe this company is not operating in an honest fashion. I am awaiting another revised bill in the meantime.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
