So I am trying to pay my amerigas bill, and the phone number that they have listed as available for customer service 24 hours a day 7 days a week is for emergencies only. Their automated telepay line is also not available 24/7 as advertised and promised, but only during normal business hours monday thru friday.
Unfortuately there are people who can't tend to their financial matters during the week and rely on 24/7 options (that don't include the use of the internet). And I do realize that the economy is bad...
but if it's an automated service, why is it only available during business hours??? Maybe their computer systems feel cheated too.
