On Thur. Dec.

12, 2010 Amerigas removed our old 500 gal. gastank while we were out of town and broke the connector on an auxiliary tank that is supplying gas to the house. They have served us for 35 years, but because we are no longer their customer, Nick at Amerigas said he will not fix it. We have no hot water and no heat.

We are 80 years old and are freezing. We need help, now! Amerigas phone no. is 502 887 7120.

I would try seeking a lawyer, but that would be too late.
