I never write reviews, but I spoke with an Amerigas customer service rep yesterday and I'm still bothered by my experience. This representative was extremely unhelpful, rude and treated me like I was an *** until she finally realized her misunderstanding and then still wasn't the least but helpful. I will be patronizing other propane companies from now on. That was ridiculous. Steer clear.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever found in any business. Over 10 days to get gas delivered. Then they call me and want to make an appointment for when they can deliver it when I have surgery in the middle of the following week. Anybody that does business with these people must be just an ***. This was the Ogden store and all I can tell you is they suck big time.

Why is it that when you have an emergency after hours or on a weekend that the drivers do not carry any parts on there trucks to be able to fix it?If they don't carry parts why have them come? It cost us over $200. We have been a customer since 1991 and this is the way we get treated. The service man that came out said that the parts are expensive and it would be best to get a new heater. Don't they carry water heaters? We can't get one any...

I switched to natural gas 1 year ago and still have not ben reimbursed by Amerigas for the propane that remains in the tank. Now if I owed them money they would be all over me. I have called the local office several times and there is always an excuse. I called the corporate office in September, they told me someone would be out Oct. 13.
