I have been an amerigas customer for 7 years. the last 2 years has been real frustrating.

i called for delivery on tuesday morning and was told i would be garranteed delivery within 48 hours if i paid an additional fee.. well its friday morning, 72 hours later and no gas! I called again and was told by the lady that " she understood what a garrantee was" but there is a "state of emergency due to snow". what?

we have 5 inches but the roads are clear and i have a path to my tanks!

the only "state of emergency" is my family trying to stay warm! Thanks for knowing the meaning of garrantee amerigas!
