I have been on a will call for service. They suddenly come and fill my tank up when it was half full (and only so because their equipment was faulty and some of the gas escaped till they fixed it, I have papers to prove it) SO I call and they inform me that I am on a plan that just delivers when needed.

I NEVER CHANGED MY PLAN! Now they are charging me 90 dollars and I just paid them 160 two months ago! I live in a rental, so I never changed my will call plan. The lakehurst office hung up on me once and I called headquarters twice already.

They said the supervisor would call me and he says he did, and he never did.

I have a full tank, I am moving in three weeks and I am being asked to pay another $90 for gas that escaped due to their faulty equipment and gas I wont use and they refuse to help me. I am getting 7 on your side or legal help, this is terrible.

Monetary Loss: $90.
