I have been dealing with the Amerigas Cuba, Missouri plant only a short time but, am exceedingly displeased with their customer service.They had water in the gas and after changing the regulators 3 or 4 times the brought out a small temporary tank.
I was told by the manager, Joe, to contact them when the gauge on the tank reached 40%. I contacted them as instructed and waited 3 days before I called again and left a message as the office was closed. I waited to receive a response and got none so I called again. The Darlene, the female canine, answered and I inquired about my request for service.
Her flippant response was that is should be delivered that afternoon.
In every dealing with this outfit I have had to go to extraordinary lengths to receive the customer service which you people proclaim at every contact.Darling Darlene’s customer service is less than poor it is nonexistent.
