Company delivered 100 gal propane to tank that the customer did not request. Mgr told customer they ordered it over the phone and an argument began. Mgr decided to have tank locked off and would drain tank and have it removed in 2 to 3 weeks.
Customer is paying on propane, account is in good standing, temperatures in the 20s and tank is locked off, so customer has no access. Corp office agrees with mgr
