I used to be an amerigas/pti o/o but am no longer because of a low life *** bag lying regional manager by the name of Randy Chase. Who is getting kickbacks from an outside carrier, so he had to find a way to get rid of me so he could get his kickbacks back.

He lied to the Houston Tx. office, (Jed Butler who is spineless)with out even looking into my side of the story fired me. I had people who I gave names that said they would vouch for me and he never even checked my side of the story. So I advise you if you are looking for a propane co.

in northern NH. VT. NY. stick to the small local co.

with the home town service it may be a little more money but well worth it in the long run. I don't even shop at walmart if I can help it because amerigas supplies them with gas.

Amerigas is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Horrible customer service is an understatement.

Charge me a 1 dollar more per gallon than competitors. They own my tank and play games with me on pricing and delivery because of it. I feel held hostage. They don't return calls timely and don't know which days they will deliver so I never know when to clear my driveway.

They never do any maintenance such as chechking regulators. I probably lost 100s of dollar from two leaking regulators that were never checked. Once they got a truck stuck on my yard and shredded my lawn. They offered only a free safety check.

They play games.

They blackmail their customers who don't own there tanks and force them to pay much higher gas prices. I strongly suggest you don't do business with amerigas.


The driver is absolutely correct about conditions at PTI the first thing that

needs to be done is learn Thou shalt not lie! management.

Or maybe, you know, there actually IS a gas shortage and you're just a ret ard. I guess you go down and monitor the levels of the tanks at the office right?

So you'd know for sure they were just telling you that and that they weren't out of gas. What a redneck.


I can just say Amerigas in Laconia is one of the worst gas companies I have ever dealt with! When they don't want to deliver they tell you there is a gas shortage.


I hear you Randy is a snake in the grass. I used to work there to just like alot of people that now work at dcp i guess thats good for them.

As for me I work for someone else and every time I go to someones house and I see an amerigas tank I offer them a 40% discount if I come back the next time and there is a different propane co there. I have convinced a few, keep up the work and I will to


Use your knowledge and go work for a competitor and knock the *** out of them. It is the AmeriGas way.
