Not resolved

First, took 3 weeks to get thru! On Jan 5 I prepaid for 25 gallons of propane.

The tank only took 14.3 gallons, so I was due a credit of about $50. On Jan 9, Amerigas charged my account another $300. Local office cannot explain why I was charged this amount and put in for a refund. I was told it would be 7-10 days, and it is now Feb 2 and the refund hasn't even been processed!

Bottom line, Amerigas took money from my bank account and won't return it.

If anyone has a national phone number, please share. Cannot find it on wwebsite
