We have been purchasing products from amerigas for a few years plus having them to do our service work. We do several jobs a year and when we called we were told if the client was not a customer they were not interested in doing our work.
It looks to me like if a company needs or wants customers the management needs to be more friendly with there customers.
The local amerigas is losing customers because of the managements attitude toward new and existing customers. Why does a amerigas not want to keep its existing customers and add new ones.
