I have called for 3 days to get my tank filled. Lisa from Garner assured me it would be filled each time I called.
I now am just about out of gas - less than 5% and its the coldest days so far this year. There is absolutely no customer service at this company. They could care less. The same thing happened last year..
where I completely ran out of gas and had to call for an emergency fill up through corporate. Shame on me for thinking they would get better. Today they tell me that they have other drivers not familiar with the area. That really is not my problem.
I know they make phones.. I have one. Do they not know how to make a phone call?
Stay far away from this company. They are the absolute worse!
