I have continued to call the Mount Airy office and keep receiving the message that they cannot answer the phone, if it is an emergency call the 800 #. Then it hangs up. Well it is not an emergency I just need to know when they are going to fill my tank.
They state that customer service is their priority. This is not customer service.
The other thing is that I went out to the tank to see what % of gas is still in it and there is no gauge that you can read to find this out. They have not filled my tank since February and now it is getting cool How do they expect me to reach them?
