I am a 'will call' customer - I usually order two times a year and I have to call them to get the gas delivered. In May I had to call four times before I got delivery - they were always 'in the area' and would get there.
Hah. At the end of May I got a full tank delivered. July 5th they delivered again, I didn't call them, but I got a bill for $75 worth of gas and $25 worth of fees. I called to complain and they sad I had to have called and ordered because they wouldn't just make a ticket up.
After more calls they will refund the $25 in fees. Well goody goody - Sam even said to me "I know customers like to cap off their tanks when we enter Hurricane season" Well I didn't order the gas. This company has the worst customer service.
The worst. They bought out another company I had been with for years, and I need to find another company, it is never just smooth sailing with Amerigas.
