I called a week ago to let them know my tank was getting low. They said they would be out to fill it.

A week later no delivery, tank is below 5%. I am on automatic refill. Tank has ran completely out 3 times in the pass. Amerigas needs to do way better than this for their customers.

They want you to pay your bill on time, but they can't deliver on time. I have called them 4 times in the past 2 weeks asking when will I get a delivery .

I was told to use the gas sparingly. I am not satisfied with this at all.

Amerigas gives you an encyclopedia.I think the title is "NO MATTER WHAT, IT"S THE CUSTOMER'S FAULT.

" Sounds like a company run by organized crime. A real company would be out of business.
