Culpeper office told me their Pittsburgh office doesn't forward emails sent through their customer service email so they never get them. Called at 4:15 pm on Monday, told by automated answering system that they were not taking calls (theoretically close at 5:30 pm).

Told me they would prioritize us (finally answered the phone) after major storm - on generator power - and we MAY get our gas in 3 days or 7 days. Wanted to buy out the tank (apparently don't own it although thought we bought it) but they wanted another $1700+.

This would allow us to shop elsewhere. Awful customer service, price, gouging, and a black hole into which emails go to die.

Product or Service Mentioned: Amerigas Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: If my well goes out my horses die. Think about it. Get me my gas..

I didn't like: Customer service.
