I phoned to order gas thus morning and I had the horrible experience of speaking with a Kim I think she said. No customer service skills what so ever.

When we switched to thus company from another horrible company I thought things would be better and they were before Teresa died. She asked about whatvwas in the tank well I didn't know I was in my house she went on to say if it's below 5 percent someone needs to be there I replied In work from home so I'm always here. She then asked how In would pay I said I'd give the driver a check like we have always done In the past. She said she had to have the payment I asked if it was something new she said yes, but In will definately call corporate office to see.

I was reading the reviews and I think We will definaelty be switching to electric.

I can tolerate such foolish and pay for the foolishness too. Oh that's entirely to much.
