Just tried to send an email, filled out all the information required, and it wasn’t accepted. They just don’t seem to want to know there is a problem.
Following is my email, still on my desktop, not on its way to AmeriGas, as intended.
Have spent several interesting minutes reading about your poor service. Before I add mine to the list, I thought you should have an opportunity to handle my complaint. Luckily, we deal with one of your competing companies, and they are EXCELLENT!
A couple of years ago we built a large home next to an existing one. The owmer was upset about the previous season's hurricanes that came thru here that left him without power for several days, so he purchased a large, whole-house generator, and contracted with your company to supply the propane which is stored in a 500 gallon tank, which your Ocala office INSTALLED ON OUR PROPERTY.
Altho it was an eyesore, we didn't complain at the time because the neighbor had become ill as did one of his beloved dogs, so trying to be a good neighbor, we said nothing to further his problems. However, NOW our house is for sale, and we had a couple interested who LOVED it, came back a couple of times, and then spotted the "bomb" next door. That ended that!
Upon having another survey done, we find that the tank is TOTALLY on our property and altho we have spoken to the Ocala office several times this week, we are getting no place.
Since they are apparently one of your companies, could you PLEASE intervene and have this problem taken care of before we investigate other avenues.
