15 CALLS FOR ROOMATE TO RECEIVE HER REFUND ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAD LET THE LANDLORD PUT MULTIPLE ITEMS ON HER ACCOUNT. HE WAS NEVER AUTHORIZED TO PUT ANYTHING ON HER ACCOUNT.

15 CALLS, 9 MONTHS, INCLUDING CALLS TO REGIONAL MANAGER CHECK WAS (LOST IN THE MAIL) PICKED UP AT THE OFFICE IN PERSON.

I TOOK OVER AS A CASH CUSTOMER AFTER ROOMATE AND NOW IVE MOVED AND DUE AM DUE A REFUND. AFTER SIX WEEKS I CALL AND THIS EXCUSE IS THE TANK WAS NEVER LOCKED AND SECURED. EVEN WHEN THE EMPLOYEE ADMITTED I CLOSED THE ACCOUNT EXACTLY SIX WEEKS AGO. I EXPLAINED THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT.

SHE AGREED BUT SAID NOTHING COULD BE DONE UNTIL THEIR PEOPLE GOT OUT THERE TO DO THIS. REGIONAL MANAGER IS SUPPOSE TO CALL BACK TOMORROW.

ROOMATE HAD NO LUCK EVEN WHEN SAME REGIONAL MANAGER WAS CALLED BEFORE. SOMETHING VERY ILLEGAL GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY.
