Unfortunately my previous supplier merged with AmeriGas. I have many questions and without success of many phone calls and/or an e-mail, I still have not received any response from AmeriGas.
All they know to do is send me bills. (They even sent me a past due notice, and my bill had already been posted!!!) All changes are for the best!!!!! Plus, I am paying much more for propane now than with my previous supplier.
I never had one complaint or question with them......
I don't understand why no one can answer the phones and/or respond to e-mails.
