I have my invoice for the last year, my usage has been between 20 to a one time spike of 47, well this past month I get a invoice stating my usage at 209??? So I call and the customer service tells me that it is from 11/14 through 11/15.
WHY! I have seen the meter reader at my house on numerous times during the year, even talked to him about the problems I have had with bills, so why the spike in the meter.
They tell me to call back in a week to see if it will be adjusted, this is just wrong, I don't know who to complain too.
