I have been trying to get a statement from AmeriGas for over 2 months. This is my second call to the Greensburg office.
I was put on hold without explanation. I thought I was disconnected so I called back. The "new" girl was rude trying to make me appear ridiculous for my request. She was argumentative and I was so frustrated that I finally hung up.
This isn't the first time I have had a problem with customer service.
Why is it so difficult for the delivery man to leave a ticket and for the office personnel to be genuinely courteous. All I asked for was a statement!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
