A nationwide company that can plan for emergencies, really? They owe people an explanation and a get well plan.

Two extra trucks in Orlando post hurricane, really? No phones. No return calls. No status on estimated delivery for a week.

It's an inground tank! They didn't have to remove trees or put up new poles! Just fill the tank! Florida power restored electricity faster and to a lot more customers including me by having a plan in place.

Amerigas didn't have a plan of any kind! 2 other propane companies said they could deliver but not to Amerigas tanks. Amerigas wouldn't answer the phone. And the customer service number had no status and just said the Orlando office didn't have phone service.

How do they think I called them! Unsatisfactory at a minimum!

Having an ER now - broken tank gauge - which they haven't handed, below freezing no propane- no one on phones for over an hour at the "ER number" It's a joke. My local office - complete opposite.


Thank god I live in Florida and don’t have to rely on AmeriGas for heat! Worse company ever and I can’t replace them!
