I had approx 35% of gas left in the tank when I called Amerigas for service. I wanted to avoid any additional cost of routine tests as a result of low fuel.
Six days has passed and no gas.
Therefore, I called and cancelled services this morning. Kathy from the Hammond, La. office told me that there is an outstanding ticket to deliver gas to my residence.
I reminded her that she told me the gas would be delivered last week and it was not. It is obvious Amerigas customer service is unreliable and I need to deal with a company that has a word.
