I own a summer cabin in Curran Mi.I was having problems with my propane supplier and had heard good things about Amerigas
I signed up and had a service man come out and safety check the entire system.He replaced several things and told me all was good.Last spring may wife and I opened the cabin to find zero propane.Had to call for emergency fill.Had a frozen shower pipe and shower massage had frozen and fell off wall.
When we got home I called Amerigas and was told I was scheduled for 1 fill a year.This is crazy as I never asked for only ONE fill a year.I was PROMISED this would NEVER happen and Amerigas would give me a fill 3 times a year.i also was to receive $50 off me bill due to running out of fuel.NEVER even got the $50.This week we again went up to open cabin.AGAIN NO PROPANE!Have frozen pipes.another broken shower massage and I AM VERY ANGRY.2 YEARS IN A ROW!!What kind of company is this.I called the emergency number and talked to a very nasty female.She told me she would send a truck right out.2 hours later I called again and talked to a much nicer lady.She informed me she had NO RECORD of the first call.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.aT ABOUT 5PM i FINALLY GOT PROPANE.I want several fills at my cabin.I am located in the cold north in the Alpena area.2 times in 2 years is 100% UNACCEPTABLE.I expect a phone dall asap and a reason why this problem has not been solved.Call Tom Stallard (517)449-1543.Email is Lucky1auto@yahoo.com
