Amerigas purchased the propane delivery business we use this past summer. Thought they were going to be a good company because they dug up and replaced all the customers lines to put them up to code before assuming responsibility from (Halls-Semple Propane).

I have called them 1 to 2 times a week for the last 6 weeks and all I get is an answering machine stating "all their customer service reps are busy, please leave a message".

I even called their emergency line last week and talked to an actual person that said "they would see what the problem was and take care of it", still no response from them.

We sent our pre-payment for propane to an office 30 miles away and 4 days later they say they have not received it. However, I do have the phone # for my "local" office. If you know the city your delivery comes from Google that location and you should get a direct #.
