I’ve been a customer of Amerigas for over 15 years. Today is the first time I have had a representative be so disrespectful and rude to me.
Her attitude was very arrogant and condescending towards me I asked to speak to a supervisor to complain and of course was told she was busy and would have to call me back. Wonder how long that will take?? I don’t know how long I’m going to continue service with Amerigas after this. If the rudeness happens again I’m definitely cutting off service with them!
It’s bad enough that I’ve had my tank leak twice, had it fixed and was never asked about reimbursing me for the lost gas. Or replacing the old tank with a new one?
Enough is enough, I’m a paying customer. It’s not as if it’s a free service!
