I have used your product several times. I have exchanged a propane tank at Walmart and purchased a new one. When I opened the tank to use with my barbacue there was no gas coming from the tank. This is the second time this has happened to me. I also exchanged the first tank at Walmart. It is difficult for me to keep returning the tank as I am female and small in stature. I was especially upset because I was in the middle of barbacuing

when a new tank was needed and it didn't work.

Thank you,

Fran Cron

We exchange propane tanks usually at Home Depot. I've had 4 out my last 6 that did not work.

No gas comes out. Sometimes takes 3 different tanks until one works (so I know it is not the regulator on my grill).

I have bought several Amerigas tanks in the past month, I got 2 useful grill uses out of each. They still way as much as the day I got them and the gas will not come out.

The burner is at a bare flame at full open. I took another tank down to my camp store propane dealer and had it filled and every thing is fine. This product is turning into filler ***. They are raising the price and filling your tanks with non burnable filler ***.

I had a rhino tank do this to me back and the spring so once again America is selling American's *** . Hope they go bankrupt.

and the local mini mart will not take them back. What an American train wreck once again.

Open the valve slowly after connecting it to your BBQ. There is an anti leak device in there that will trigger if opened quickly.
