Why is it that when you have an emergency after hours or on a weekend that the drivers do not carry any parts on there trucks to be able to fix it?If they don't carry parts why have them come?

It cost us over $200. We have been a customer since 1991 and this is the way we get treated. The service man that came out said that the parts are expensive and it would be best to get a new heater. Don't they carry water heaters?

We can't get one any where.

I am a 92 year old disabled Korean War Veteran and I can't get around.I guess it might be time to change company's.
