I've been reading many complaints and it seems as though many of us are extremely upset with the way Amerigas is handling their loyal customers. My issue is that they promise you a time frame for the delivery and they don't follow through.

It's been extremely cold here in NJ with single digits every night and all I need is my pipes to burst. My children are my main priority and I'm sure you all feel the same, but this company seems to get away with it. Still waiting for a call back because now I have to pay an additional fee of $300 for an emergency delivery because they never followed through.

I spend on an average of $1000 every month granted my home is large but the point is that I'm a very loyal client. I feel for everyone that is under any inconvenience, they need to restructure their business and accommodate their customers properly.
