On Friday I discover I have a gas leak.I call and they dispatch a tech whom confirms its a leak from the main tank, meaning he will have to shut my gas down.

"since its Friday nobody will be available till work on it until Monday." Monday comes and goes with no call. Tuesday I receive a call at 0806 as im arriving at work. Amerigas rep says he is available to come right now. NO notice, im just suppose to drop everything.

He then claims he attempted to call yesterday which was a lie. So he offers to come on Friday. My home is run on gas, central heat, hot water, cooking. and this company finds it reasonable to make me wait until Friday without gas.

Have been customers for over 20 years.What a joke!!!
