Pricing- much higher per gallon than any competitor delivering to similar customers.

Service-Most companies provide much better service.

Phones-You speak to local employees at the competition. Here you speak to someone in a call center located a long distance from your house.

FEES-They will lead the way with fees and charges.

Attitude-The employees are under tremendous pressure and it shows to the customers.

Safety-Is it just a advertisement or do they practice it?

Value- What is the value of using them? Higher prices and fees with less service.

Ownership- Who is responsible at this firm?
