amerigas is connected with ugi. the employees with amerigas are forced
to invest with ugi.. if they want the benefeit of 401k or stock purchase
plan. the amerigas management does not care about the employee. they control and dictate the plans. the management operates in secret. when
new policy comes in, you never know who really implements it. ceo does
not even acknowledge the real people who make the company work. the lower
level management acts same as upper in lock step. company constantly
tries to get away with cutting corners and ends up spending more than if
done correctly the first time. does that make sense? they repeat this
over an over again. amerigas responds to this complaint site like a robot.
