I am completely unsatisfied. We placed an order two weeks ago and have not received a fill up.

We have nothing but problems every year with you all. You are ready to take our cash but not provide the service. Every single time we call in no one answers the phone line we are on hold for over 30min and get no where. We go directly to the office and no one is doing a darn thing!

By the way the last time we went in a driver himself was complaining stating he wasn't going to finish his route his own choice.

This is ridiculous! Something needs to be done!

Being a former employee of 15 years. The only way to get ANYTHING resolved is to complain on their amerigas.com site.

That is forwarded to the Market/Area Manager.

They give the manager 3 days to resolve. This is part of their year end bonus evaluation.
